Kendall Jenner has a new career in mind.
In Vogue’s October cover story with the 29-year-old and her friend and fellow supermodel Gigi Hadid, the duo opened up about Jenner’s passion for designing homes.
When asked about the seventh season of Hulu’s The Kardashians, Jenner said it isn’t her “biggest cup of tea.” Instead, she would rather spend more time working on her side projects.
“She’s one of the only people that I would let design a house for me,” Hadid, 30, added.
“I swear to God, I’m going to stop everything and just design homes,” Jenner, who’s currently building a house out West, said. “I’m not kidding.”

She added: “I love my space in L.A., but I also really love the simple life. I like getting up every morning and throwing on a bathing suit or sweatpants and no makeup and just being free with my day.”
Though, the A-lister is careful not to get ahead of herself.
“I think about the future a lot, but I try not to overplan because you know I’m a planner,” she said.
The reality TV star previously opened up about her love for home renovation during an October 2022 episode of The Kardashians.

“As a model, I still don’t have much say in anything creative really. That has brought me to wanting to start this journey of house flipping,” she told her friend Fai Khadra. “I found that I really do want to be my own boss and have my own ideas and execute them. I just feel like it’s new me.”
She added: “When I walk into a house, my wheels just kind of start turning, and I’m always like ‘I could do this’ or ‘I could do that.'”

Later in the episode, she visited Scott Disick for advice. Disick, 42, previously starred in his own home renovation show, Flip It Like Disick, in 2019.
“When I redid my current house four years ago, I remember me and my mom talking and she was like, ‘Kendall I see a sparkle in your eye — I feel like this is what you want to do,'” she told Disick.

Jenner’s real estate portfolio includes a tranquil L.A. home that she bought in 2017. In July 2020, she opened up the Mediterranean-inspired house for Architectural Digest. During the tour, she told the outlet it took an entire year to renovate.
“My life involves a lot of chaos and travel and high energy, so I wanted a home that feels serene, a place where I can simply zone out and relax,” she said for the September cover story.
Last December, the 818 Tequila founder once again opened her home for AD, this time she featured her holiday decorating. Throughout the tour, she pointed out the projects, redecorating and changes made since her last walk through.
“I feel my house is just really cozy and really homey, so I really lean towards everything feeling as organic as possible,” she said.
